Artı Kasnak CEO Koray Ergin spoke about the start of production of captormal pulleys in Turkey and the testing of products in elevators for 7 months.

The CEO of Artı Kasnak, Koray Ergin, said that following the import of silent non-spiral pulleys for high-speed elevators, the company began production of nylon and cast pulleys. The Artı Kasnak brand will be the first brand that comes to mind when mentioning elevator pulleys.

Mr. Ergin said that pulleys for domestic and foreign business partners are produced in a 400 square meter manufacturing workshop, an 1,000 square meter iron casting workshop, and a 600 square meter plastic pulley workshop. He said: “We are not only manufacturing elevator pulleys. The company produces cast iron pulleys GJS 250 in our own iron casting workshop, which allows us to satisfy 99% of customer demand for standard pulleys. Investments have allowed us to take important steps for the production of nylon pulleys imported in the form of semi-finished products. The pulleys produced by us were tested in elevators for 7 months. After the tests are completed, we will be able to manufacture and supply our business partners with completely domestic products.
